** Lost 89 Pounds ** I eat one cup of this potato soup normally with rice, which is approximately 300 calories (with the rice) 6 roma tomatoes 6 potatoes 2 cups frozen peas Small amount of cilantro 3 Serrano chilies Half chopped onion 3 tablespoon virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon turmeric 1 tablespoon coriander 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon crushed pepper I teaspoon chili powder Sliver of ginger root 1 clove of garlic 6 cups water

    The soup looks great! I wouldn’t be able to eat it w/potatoes and peas but I would put cauliflour and greens of some kind since I am doing low carb. Thanks for posting!

    Now I understand how you did it. Running 6 miles a day/6 times a week. Walking 1 mile takes me about 20mins. GREAT JOB! You are an inspiration.

    Cindy, the soup recipe looks good, is it spicy? Do you think that spicy food helps you lose more weight? I think I read somewhere that spicy foods help you burn more calories. I am a terrible cook but my daughter is a chef so I may have her make this for me.
