Orangekickin’s weight loss journey: Week 1 retrospective

Hello all! This is my 1st update to my weight loss adventure and surprisingly I was able to stay the course haha… but I surely couldn’t have done it without all the kind help. I’ve had a great reception from everyone and no one has bashed me or was overly hypercritical! Which you all know is quite an impossibility with all these pseudo-elitist “I’m better than you” type mentalities floating in the internet community. ;) Keep me going my friends… and to the people who need help as well …

    i use to eat ice cream alot like a half a gallon every few days now i dont eat that much.if you want some once in a while its good get like a lil pint .i s use to be 289lbs im now 250lbs give or take i dont own a scale lol anyways good luck.dancing and walking is also a good exercize .

    Thanks Keri! It is really strange. Eating just healthy stuff has made me feel much more full than eating junk. — I want to start upping my calories soon so I can up my exercise. Much thanks for the support!

    this is probably a fucking stupid idea, but lets say u got nothing to do the whole day and ur just sitting home all day, each hour do 20 pushups and situps it’l take u 5 minutes, and do that once each hour, so lets say u home for like 5 hours tats like 100 situps and pushups RATHER THAN NON! pretty smart? lmao o ya and drink 1 glass of water every hour :) yum.. water.. YUM YUMYMUYMUMUMU
