    It’s incouraging to see what she’s done to get to where she is. It would be nice to have the doubters out here, stop being so hateful. Try being encouriging, you’ll like what happens.

    I agree, plus she said she do eat fresh veggies as well.. I think it is best to keep it simple when first starting to lose weight and then as time goes on you can regulate it more.

    I think it’s rude how people are trying to discredit her. She lost 80 pounds and kept it off for 2 years and was sharing how she did it. If you don’t like it that’s your problem but having canned veggies is better than mac n cheese or french fries. I think people starting on a weight loss journey should use her tips. Also not everyone wants to be strict and extreme with their diet and only eat fresh veggies and no dairy or fish.
