I always wondered why my body craved beer? no joke I operated great on beer.the alcohol is the down fall.I did Atkins diet and got sick.took me awile to figure out you need the carbs and nutrition from all the good foods.turbocharge your bodywith healthy food.its amazing.

I was told that to many greens would cause me to have kidney stones and I need to knwo if this is true?
Why am I turning yellow?

i experienced severe nausea and vomiting on the juice fast. the smell of green juice made me want to puke. i pushed through it though, drank mostly fruit juice. it was all i could get down. and i was only drinking half a gallon a day as a woman.
