    i find that making sure i comment on the clips i do each day (or most days) helps to stop me doing that procrastinating! others can help to push you into it when you dont feel like it as well then.

    Ahmad….I wish i could V-Log it….i dont have a cam though. : ( This is Week 3 - Day 4 for me. I’m loving every minute of it. I’ll have go get some leg weights for sure! Whew on the 100 jumping jacks! ha ha! I never know who you are replying to in these replies. LOL

    aww… I only did it that one day and I havent done it since! Im such a procrastinator!— I really do need to do it everyday like I said I would, maybe if made videos it would help me keep up.

    Once I get done unpacking this weekend Im totally going to get back up on it, I want a butt lol

    once the 3 sets of 15 are a walk in the park, add light leg weights and keep increasing the weight…to really blast the legs…do 100 jumping jacks upon finishing…:)

    Okay….I met Mr. Burns doing this one! WHEW! I did 2 sets of 10 for the leg exercise. I will work up to 3 sets of 15. Love this one so much!
